Does our level effect the quality of the enemies? I know multiple people increases difficulty.

Rome II for $20
I am a diehard Total War fan but Shogun 2 really was terrible to me. I enjoyed Empire.

Finally downloaded Steam today and bought a few games. Kinda fell out of gaming once I graduated this past December, but I'm starting to get comfortable enough with my job to get back into it. Do games always take forever to download? I've been downloading the walking dead since 8 pm and its only at 62%
