Do limes give you any trouble? I plan on putting a tree in the ground as soon as I have a piece of ground to put it in.

Never happens with lemons.

That's why some places that are focused on margaritas use lemons instead.

Mine don't give me trouble except in a freeze. I lost two fairly mature trees in a freeze several years ago. All the lemon, orange and satsuma trees were fine. Planted new ones and lost them again this past season. Lost a few young blood orange trees and a young lemon. The mature lemon and orange trees are coming back, but lost a lot of branches. The satsumas did just fine. They're all planted in the same area which is strange.

i've seen the red ones down to 1.99 /lb. how much are you getting them for?

also got them blueberry pints for 1.20 recently. so about 1.60/lb. cheaper than if you go pick them yourself!
