Lorenzo Neal had a real surprising long TD run back in like '93 @ ATL. it was one of those were he ran up the gut and appeared to be stopped after like 2 yards. but he kept his feet moving and all of a sudden broke out the pack and ran like 60-70 yards for a TD. Can't believe he outran everybody. For a guy who made a career as a road grading fullback, I'd imagine that was the best run he ever had. Saints won that game too.

There was a Jo-Lonn Dunbar hit on a special teams play where he got up and did the "crazy" motion with his hands. That was one of the best hits I've seen watching the Saints.
Also, you can't forget the Bobby McCrae hit on Bret Favre.

Who was calling that game? It was on Fox right? So it would have been Joseph Buck and Toi Acheman.

I have this game on VHS, it's a pretty incredible run. Also, Neal broke his foot a few series later and missed most of the rest of that season.
We were putting a hurtin' on the Birds and they brought Hebert in off the bench and he damn near lead Atlanta back. Later that year in the rematch in the Dome, we got the infamous Hebert airplane.
5-0 to start the season and finished 8-8. Mora officially lost the team and his fire that season. But still lots of highlights in the first 5 games.

My #1 is Tracy Porter and it's not close!
But that Favre pick at the end of the NFC Championship definitely was a "Holy Crap" moment.
Also, Reggie's first NFL TD. Punt return late which enabled to Saints to beat the Bucs!

No, that wasn't funny
I was talking about the picture of Ditka in the papers the day after we lost to the Browns in 1999.
I just worded that poorly.

Hakim Drops the Ball!!!
Dalton Hilliard's 2nd Half 35 yard touchdown pass to Eric Martin, right after he just had a 40 yard run to beat the Rams.

Couldn't find Dunbar hit but this is Lynell Hamilton hit.
Anyone have Mark Fields chasing down Isaac Bruce?

this one time the Saints were playing the Packers at the Dome.
think it was 2002 or 2003.
Jerry Fontenot leveled this corner for Green Bay on a screen pass to Stallworth. Stallworth turned it up field and scored.
on the replay, the crowd erupted when they saw the block.
it might have been Mike McKenzie that he nailed

I wish I could find a video of that insane John Fourcade touchdown in the 1987 strike/scab game.
It was one of the nuttiest plays in NFL history.

I'm surprised so many people here remember that Neal run. I was only 10 and I still remember it pretty well. IIRC, there was some confusion, both from the defense and briefly from the camera man, as to where the ball was. Neal had no business coming out of that pile of people.

I think it was the first game of the 2005 season against the Bucs. First game since Katrina. Game goes to OT and the Saints win on a safety after the Buc's punter miss handles the snap.
