I think they are around 650 for the two tone. The tactical one is around 1000 for full FDE and threaded barrel and a few other "things"

Eh, 650 is the most I want to spend. I may get one in black or just get a CZ.

Do you live in starkville or just a MSU fan? I know somebody in starkville that has a five seven.

Nvm. I see you are in the AF. He is in NG.

I went CZ. I love my gun. It's really comfortable and very accurate. Where would you buy these guns?

I have a FNP Tac 45. It now has a EFK barrel. Tack driver, reliable, great gun, 15+1 of 45.

The FNP and FNX are almost identical with barrel, magazine, and a couple other slight differences.

They look solid and affordable. I'm thinking of either that, a CZ, or a Glock 21.

I'm not a Glock hater, but they are not as nice as the other two. Ergo's suck and the trigger is springy. It does go pew pew every time but I will bet my life with the other two just as much. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the CZ is the most used handgun by military/police in the world, not just the US like Glock.

You won't be able to find a CZ locally to handle (trust me I tried). MS sucks like that. The FN will be at Bass Pro I believe. The stippling on the FN is pretty aggressive but good.

If not a 1911, then a FN in 45 is the way to go.

While quality nice guns, the Sig's high bore is a shortfall.

That's what I like about Buds. If you don't like it then you can reject the shipment at no cost.

Thanks for the suggestions.

My FNX went about 700 rounds without a cleaning and went bang every single time. Love that thing.
