Lot of you guys seem angry at a 16 yo kid who is not sure about doing what y'all think he should do.

I'm pretty sure at that moment it was true. The guy is only what 16? Coaches are like smooth talking salesman. They get you to commit and while on a recruiting visit, everything just seems so big and incredible. I'm glad he decided to do it early and take his time.

Or maybe he made a too early commitment and decided to take his time. It's like somebody buying something without checking through everything else to make sure it's exactly right for them. The fact that something like this can get a grown man's goat, is ridiculous. you're too invested in it if that is the case. Some people on here act like they've never made a spur of the moment decision and wanted it back later.
I'd venture to guess that over 90% of decommits just mistakenly commit too early. With the friends and family in their ear about taking time, going to see other schools, etc. I mean think about it, how many kids commit more than twice in their recruitment? Usually the first commit is spur of the moment, caught up in the excitement.

Just a hunch that someone has been in his ear. But i really believe that the kid just wants to take his visits. I least I hope he eventually signs with us. I don't put anything past some of these coaches.

Nothing to be concerned about. Kid has LSU running all through him. Just wants to enjoy everything.
The post saying "I miss guys like Kevin Toliver", sure he is still committed but in reality he's doing the same thing. Hes taken, and will continue to take, more visits than Alexander likely will. Kids been all over and basically visits a school other than LSU at least once a month. Him being committed doesn't lower the chances another school steals, even as unlikely as that is. Some kids visit while committed and some decommit to do it. Xavier Lewis is in the same boat as Alexander. Decommitted to take visits but is very likely to recommit

Not surprised really, he's a kid. Plenty of time to get him back though.
