So you've never been called for jury duty but are asking how to get out of it?

Pathetic post. Pathetic.

Defense attorney? If so it seems a dumbed down jury pool would be the best case scenario for the defense. Unless we are not talking criminal.

Criminal defense. You don't want eager beavers and you don't want dumbasses.

It didn't hit home because it's dumb. If you only know boring attorneys, you don't know many attorneys.

And if you're going to bring in the real comedy by copying and pasting attorney jokes, at least find a good one.

Wouldn't the dumbasses tend to be more likely not to convict?

the people making up excuses to get out of jury duty are the same people complaining about the results of trials.

They aren't the worst, but just like with everything you want someone with some intelligence. You want someone who can understand your arguments.

Conservative older white males must be the last ones you want on the jury

Im 32 and have only had jury duty once, a couple years ago....I waited in the room with all the others for 2 or 3 hours, watched a movie, and then got dismissed.
