Guess what, I'll split tens if I damn well please!
I'm 29 and I would 100% get up from your table as well. I have no problem with you splitting 10's when you are playing 1-on-1 against the dealer, but when my cards are involved too, I'm gonna get testy.
Anyways, I don't have any great stories of myself, but my best friend put together a 12-team parlay on the NFL a few years back about 5 minutes before the noon games kicked off. Just went down the line clicking a mix of spreads and moneylines. He got some miracle covers on Sunday and won all 11. Had the Monday night Saints/Titans game riding and had the Titans picked to cover. He risked $1 to win $2800 and change. I was begging him to middle the bet and walk away with $1400 in his pocket, but he wouldn't budge. I finally convinced him to at least bet the Saints for $500 2nd half with our local bookie to make sure he didn't walk away empty handed. Titans covered and he walked away with $2250 in his pocket. Would have won all $2800 if he didn't listen to me. His story was featured on Bodog but I can't link it due to gambling sites being blocked at work. Feel free to search it up though.

A buddy of mine (Asian of course) went into the casino after getting drunk at his apartment with some other friends. The electricity gets cut off at 9 o'clock at night because he didn't pay the bill
He decided to take his last $230 or $240 to Hollywood. He proceeds to run it up to almost $20K. Takes that money to craps.....and loses it all back in around 25 minutes.
Still give him shite for it to this day.

I either came out with a winner or I hit my number before crapping out... I did it three times in a row as a shooter. What is the damn problem here?
Well, your OP implies that you did it on three rolls. Regardless, if you didn't come out a winner three times in a row, the math wouldn't let you double up exactly. So either way part of your post is BS.

And I guess I don't know enough, but frankly I couldn't give a shite less if anyone else at the table wins. I want money in my pocket. I literally don't even get a warm fuzzy feeling about the other people at the table winning, so what's the point?

Why? In both those scenarios if he hadn't hit the dealer would have had 21 right?

I was actually playing with this guy betting 800+ a hand, and I would let him have the cards when my hand was borderline and he'd tip me 20 or so everytime.

10 dollars in penny slots turns into 100
100 dollars at roulett table turns into 875
875 at Black Jack table turns into 1200 in 5 hands
1200 turns into 0 in next 20 hands
I get drunk as shite and pass out in hotel hallway.

It's also easy to look at any two or more isolated hands and say what would have happened. In the end though, the cards are random and unless you have Bond-villain x-ray glasses your play doesn't affect the next guy's odds one iota.

Dude, I took 100 in and walked out with 800. Everytime I hit they gave me double my money...

Maybe you should say what your actual bets are. Or change your OP to say you let $100 ride on black at the roulette table instead.

When I didn't have much money, I put up like $1,500 to win only about $300 on Lennox Lewis against one of the Klitshkos. Sat in disgust at a sportsbook while Klitchko dominated, took off to eat dinner at another hotel, and when I got to there saw that Lewis got lucky and cut his eye, winning on a TKO.
