Panic is great.
I don't sit around the house and listen to their live stuff like a lot of bands, but their live shows are always fun. If you can't have fun at a Panic show...
Their studio stuff is great. Space Wrangler is one of my all time favorites.

That about nails it. I don't even listen to Panic that much unless it's around show time. But I always have fun at their shows. It's a great atmosphere

Nice troll material but I LMAO when I hear people refer to WSP as "Southern rock". That's such a simplistic and incorrect description of their music that it's laughable. There is NOTHING inherently "Southern" about their music other than that they are a band from Athens, GA. You can knock their noodling drawn out live performances but to try to peg the band and its fans as "redneck" is retarded.

As much as you want to equate WSP to Lynard Skynard, it isn't the same. Just because the top frats that dominated the WSP scene shunned you doesn't mean they're rednecks. I'm sorry your non freak friends didn't like Phish more.

I seriously can't think of anything lamer than these jam band rivalries people like Burt create. I'd have to really strain myself thinking of something. The nerds that argue about Marvel vs. DC comics are cooler than this.

Good lord. Do not equate these bands. Skynyrd has 3000X more musical ability than WSP. Granted I never heard a Skynyrd show where Van Zandt mumbled random words during a jam and everyone after the show thought it was AMAZING?!?!?!
