You'd feel the exact same way about miles right now if he was 1-3 in NCGs??? Remember, you're assuming he would win all those conference titles en route to the CG. It's already been proven you don't have to win your conference to get to the big game.

That's the exception, not the rule. Even if OU provided one of those exceptions.
It still takes performing at a very high level to make the championship game that many times. If you can't be a fan of that, you may just want to give up on sports.
