I just didn't get a rapey vibe. If she really didn't want to pork right next to her dead son, she could have screamed for help.
Instead we hear Jamie whispering "I don't care," and his voice carries and echoes into the next scene like he was saying something meaningful. I just thought they could have conveyed the rapeyness more effectively with some penetration.
And that reminds me, what the hell was with the big floppy wiener during the pissing match at Marine? We see a faceless wiener, but then when Dany's guy pees on the ground, no wiener in sight. Why?

They missed a golden opportunity for a wiener shot there. Why give us the scrotal point of view for the first dong flop, but then only show the pee stream of Dany's friend? Doesn't add up.

Also, the city she's at is Meereen, not Marine.

I do wonder if the actors in GoT can choose to go nude to some degree or not. Maybe Daario's actor didn't want to show his dong this time? Who knows if the other guy even had his real dong out - Hodor's actor had a prosthetic one.
It probably just wasn't important to how they wanted to shoot the scene. They probably wanted to focus on the pee hitting the ground instead of a between-the-legs view of peeing at Dany's troops.
ETA: I hope that satisfies your need to talk about dongs. You seem to like them.

It would have detracted from the point being made to do it again.
They could have left out the first one as well and the scene would have had the same meaning.
