I don't really think he has any presidential aspirations. I can see him serving in a Cabinet position (Surgeon General maybe) if the Republicans somehow stumble back into the White House.

Sorry, but it really gets to be annoying when conservatives blame everything on the media

When I was growing up I used to hear old white racists say the same thing about how tired they were about hearing blacks complain all the time.

Try another schtick. That one is so old it's fossilized.

Are you high? Drunk? Wtf does that have to do with what I said?

The media are in the tank for Obama. That's the point I'm making.

Think about this: Harry Reid is a powerful, United States Senator.

It's depressing.
Power and money corrupts. Harry is in the center of the corruption universe, Las Vegas. Go figure.

First, it's literally impossible for any "schtick" to be more stale than the constant whining about the media being "in the tank" for liberal candidates, in general. It's grossly overstated.

And my point about discerning fact from fiction is that most people are perfectly capable of sifting through the media and determining what's going on in the world and a relatively accurate portrait of a given politician. Conservatives have not cornered the market.

Grossly overstated by whom? The people being victimized by it? Oh, sorry massa. I'll try not to complain so much next time.

Intelligent people, yes. But what % of the voting public is that? If the media had covered Obama the same why they covered Romney, Obama would not be president.

I think you are deluding yourself here. The majority of people, over 50, are still faithful to the major/mainstream networks (ABC/NBC/CBS). And this is a significant portion of the voting public.

You may be the only living person who actually believes this, right or left.

I'd put that at about 20% and that's a stretch. People are easily led, which is why advertising is such a big business.

I don't know where he stands on many important issues. I suspect that the people talking seriously about supporting him in a presidential run do so because they are enamored with a conservative black. Identity politics isn't any more acceptable when it comes from the right. I guess the cover against being labeled a racist by the race-baiting left is too appealing for some.

I'll take the best guy for the job regardless of skin color. I welcome acquisitions of racism. Witch hunt.

Carson is a model of Affirmative Action success. Nowbeing a conservative republican I predict he would get 14 black votes.

And here we are. Just imagine coservative targetting(using the IRS) the liberal fundraisers, or the black religious money runners/civil rights activist..Imagine what would happened if Benghazi, or the Mexican gun-running program happened under Bush??? It ain't some "schtick", its a known fact. Imagine a press that printed 61 front page articles almost consecutively on Abu graib, feel thats was fair?...Only a liberal that can't think for himself would just want this stuff, or mindset to go away. The deck is stacked against those who think less Gov't, taxes, and entitlements are good for America longterm. I want a press that goes balls to the wall, on all Presidents. If you think thats happening now, your a fool..

I like his stance on health care. Believes health care is a right and that everyone should have it. Is a backer of many of the principles of Obama care if not the Obama care law directly. Seems to believe in common sense and not hard right tea party politics nor hard left wing nut bag politics.

He did have one--but he alerted Mexican authorities in advance. And he pulled the plug on it when he realized it was a bad idea.

Which makes Fast and Furious even worse. Mr. Inflexible, the Decider, realized it was a mistake and backed off--and Ogump runs with the same idea.

Most Americans know exactly who and why they are voting for a particular candidate. They really do.

Great person. Simplistic and naïve politician. He'd do a good job over Health and Human Services.

The Presidents in our future are going to have to be hard core. Sad, but true. Because there is NO WAY to make the numbers work and overcome the societal polarity that such encompasses.

I suspect it won't be politicians that effect our future...moreover, it will be events caused by ineffective and caustic politicos.

A man of character and integrity like himself will and never sniff the white house again.

You've got to be full of shite to win the white house, thus the reason Obama sits there now.

And I agree conservatives need to shutup about the social issues.
