What is funny to me is how people think they give a shite about college baseball. It gets slightly more priority than softball broadcasts. You think they are going to fire the voice of lsu football because 10 boxtards that think they know everything about baseball dont like him.

I'm pretty sure that ALEC is the proper way to pronounce 'Alex Box Stadium' but I'm not 100% sure

It is. He says Ellick Box, like locals call Alexandria.

I happen to like Hawthorne. Yeah, he can annoy me from time to time, but it doesn't make me dislike him or the job he does. He's LSU, just the second "Voice of the Tigers" in my lifetime. I listen to Eli Gold and wonder how Bama fans can tolerate him on football broadcasts. I prefer Hawthorne over most college radio guys I've heard.

If you think hanagriff is knowledgeable about the game there is no hope for you. I couldn't care less what he says as the color guy because I doubt he ever played. And when he does do pbp he is pathetic. CALLED STRIKE THREE call is annoying and a bit of a homer call.
