I'm gonna go ahead and assume that the NBA has uniform guidelines that state numbering/lettering must be different coloring from the jersey color so media types and game officials can read them during the game
in other words... the jersey in this pic would be illegal
and for the love of god please no BFBS (black for black's sake) uniform... black is not 1 of our colors and has no tie to this team
I'd love royal gold to tie the 2 teams (Saints & Pelicans) together... but whether it's gold or red... I'd love for it to say "Pelicans" on the front instead of "New Orleans"... though I feel a strong possibility "NOLA" will be used
also hope Mardi Gras unis come back after next season... though I'd also love a Bucs style throwback or amend it to make it a "Pels" fauxback
ETA: oh wait... I just remembered this season's Christmas unis... the numbering/lettering on them was the same color as the jersey itself... so I guess that rule doesn't exist
I just hope it's not sleeved and not BFBS

I hate when people keep saying this. The Suns had 4 jerseys this year after getting new jerseys (black, white, purple, orange).

They were allowed to since they did short sleeved jerseys

Godl always looks good on paper, but then you see it under stadium lights or on a certain TV channel and it looks terrible
