This is what I dont understand.
This ignores the success of other minority groups in America, such as Indians (dot not feather) who don't fall into this victim mentality.
They aren't white skinned, they don't hold traditional western values, they don't have normal "easy to say" names...yet they seem to get along just fine.
And this is ignoring Asians (which can really include Chinese, Japanese and Koreans) who also dealt with some awful persecution in America back in the day and don't play the victim/privilege card.
Obama became president TWICE. What can't blacks do in this country?

The problem is that someone was bothered enough by these facts to make a list about it in the first place. All men are created equal. Equal in the eyes of God and their government. However, we are all different. We look different, act different, have different personalities, appearances, skills, talents, experiences, ect. The key is to find your talents, to find your advantages and exploit them. Know who you are and take pride in it. Never forget what you are. Take pride in it, armor yourself with it, and no one will ever be able to use it to hurt you.
Think of the guy who embarrassed himself big time in high school. Once he made a joke of it and lived up to it, it didn't hurt him anymore. Race is never truly a disadvantage. Race is merely an appearance. People can only disparage you and hold you back IF YOU LET THEM!

On the other hand, the Vice-President of the United States has made demeaning remarks about them on multiple occasions and got away with it. That's a clear sign that they aren't accepted as Americans. There's also the open and unapologetic racism the Democrats directed at Jindal and Haley.

All of the black people I personally know of this mind set are angry, bitter people who blame every personal shortcoming on their race while being vociferous proponents of the culture that has failed them. They fail to see the culture as the problem instead of the race. Because if the culture is the problem, they have control over their existence and can't play the blame game any longer.

My wife's family came here in the '20's from Italy. They speak English, not their native language, fine just one generation later.

So, I have never been able to figure out what is to be done about white privilege? Stop being white?
What is the solution?
I have seen people say that if you try and help others and fight against racism, it is because of white privilege. So, no matter what you do, white privilege.
Maybe the solution is just for all white people to either leave America or die/go away.
