I don't think this is about torti. I think it is about money for politicians. And if they say it is about saving kittens or whatever, all the libs will jump on board and protest and blog and whatever to make it happen, and when it is all over, the turtles are dead, the cows are gone, a business is gone, Harry Reid,(or whomever is behind this) is quietly counting his money.
