Where else could they put them? The standing room only deck was put there for a purpose and it sits on 3 levels of suites/stadium club seating. If it were just an upper deck it would be one thing. The East Side is a massive structure. Something like that wouldn't have fit in the SEZ.

I'll be using this stair quite a bit.. I always laugh because they show this same angle with the stairs being the highlight every time

One game per year. If we didn't move the visitors section to the top, it would be an embarrassing view on television. We pack it over 100K for Bama and Ole Miss games.

Why do people constantly bitch about this. EVERY stadium has this problem. College and NFL. NBA and MLB.
People aren't going to look at LSU and say OMG that school is horrible.
Everyone needs to quit fricking whining about attendance.

We 'SHOULD' pack 101k+ in the future for all big OOC games (if we ever get one in DV!),
PLUS SEC foes Texas A&M, Arkansas, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Florida and South Carolina - UNLESS - one of the above sucks real bad at the time we play them?
I can't see us getting over 101k for Vandy, Kentucky, or Miss.State. Maybe Mizzou.
Very doubtful we get 101k+ for any of the weenie teams.
The importance of each particular game, the score, and the closeness of each game will dictate how many people will leave each game before the end. Also, whether or not LSU finds a way to alleviate traffic delays after games.
