Toss in black truffle oil right after the grill. Then rest for 7 mins.

Chimichurri

Well, I went looking for a bottle of Chimichurri Steak Sauce. Can't find it. I don't want to make my own. Is there a company that actually makes it and puts in bottles that are sold in stores?

Get Lucy's arse out of bed and tell her to whip you up a chimichurri, stat.

That little vampire would kick his ole arse all around the yard if he woke her up...or put cheese on the table...I expect.

I'd really recommend making it yourself.

Why not? You make yummy stuff all the time..

Because it's made with fresh herbs and garlic, it won't be the same in a bottle.. kinda like packaged pesto.

1. I would not eat a piece of toast made by Lucy. She doesn't know how to use the toaster.

2. I could make it myself but it won't keep. I rarely eat steak. So I'd rather a bottled sauce that will keep in the fridge for a few months.

3. I looked at the bottle pic posted above and there was nothing like that at Krogers, Brookshires or Albertsons. Do you have to buy it online?

Where do you live? No World Market nearby?

Don't know what WM is. There is a Maxwell's Market 30 miles away. I go there once a month for andouille. Hmmm, I know the owner. Think I'll call him and ask if he has it.
