When Bobby burns down the church
Bobby takes self defense classes
The one when Hank fires Dale and Dale plants the fire ants in Hank's lawn.
When Bill gets depressed at Christmas and thinks about killing himself, and then starts dressing like Lenore.
When Bill joins the singing group.
When Hank has to go to anger management classes, and dale ends up digging the tunnel under the alley.
Racist dog
When Bobby starts feeding the raccoon and Dale snaps thinking he has rabies.
When Hank has to take care of Connie during her first period.
There are so many I could go on forever.

I forgot about the sexual harassment one when the new employee shows up at Strickland and eventually everyone is too afraid to say anything or get out of their desks. Thats a great episode.

The one where Bobby becomes a male model is really good. I also like the one with Jimmy Carter. The father-son dynamic between Hank and Bobby and Hank and Cotton always hits me in the feels.
