First, and foremost, this thread has no reason to be on ST.

Second, no one on here, other than Falcon trolls, gives a shite what those jackasses do.

Lastly, getting Watkins sounds about right; all sizzle and no meat. Their OL is as weak as any in the league and incapable of stopping anyone; so, you ignore it. Write your GM and tell him he's doing a great job and tell him to keep doing what he's doing.

We addressed our weak RG in offseason, and we have a ton of picks, our line will get 1 more new starter (RT) in draft. Saints will pick up an LSU reciever who cant stretch the field. We will be running the ball w aggression this year

So where are you getting this running game confidence from?

Or RB was not healthy but for about 4 games, our OLine was soft, a healthy downhill Jackson and 2 replaced soft Oliners fixes the problem. So what are you guys doing to correct your age at WR?

We have youth at the position that may or may not pan out.

Regardless, we will draft at least one.
May pick one up in FA.
Plus Graham.
Plus the RB's.

Big assumption.

It isn't that big. Falcons have had 5 private meetings with OTs now, 2 of them being Robinson and Lewan, and it is expected the Falcons will bring in Matthews soon.

Probably use the draft like most people. We have drafted a WR the last two years. And Kenny Stills is the man! I'd imagine we probably draft another WR this year. Also, we make stars out of UDFA like Lance Moore and 7th round picks like Colston. We don't have to trade away years worths of draft picks to move up to draft WRs.

I don't see age as a real problem. If anything, we need to find another backfield threat like Sproles.

Currently on the roster:

Ben Watson TE 33
Marques Colston WR 30

Jimmy Graham TE 27
Joseph Morgan WR 26
Andy Tanner WR 25
Josh Hill TE 23

Nick Toon WR 25
Kenny Stills WR 21

Fun Fact:

Roddy White is 17 months older than our oldest Receiver.

They are, but I do believe that if it comes down to Mack and Robinson, the FO will pick Robinson. Especially with Blank recently talking about how he was upset the team didn't protect Matt.

Honestly though, I'd much rather have Matthews. When Sam Baker went out, we had Trueblood protecting the blindside. With how injury prone Baker has been lately, I'd rather have a guy who isn't the best RT in the game, but is the best LT and still a damn good RT.

If Clowney and Mack are both gone by the 6th pick, I would love for the Falcons to pick Sammy Watkins. Roddy is getting old and the treat of Watkins and Julio out wide would keep the Saints from stacking the box with their stud safety group

Elite QBs don't need 2 elite receivers... Are you trying to tell us something about Matt Ryan and his $104 million contract??

I guess what i am saying is that yes, Roddy is getting old and we could land the #1 WR in this draft which would scare everyone in the league for the next 5 years. Roddy could run his slants and outs, Julio and Sammy on the outside, and then there's another problem for you...1,000 yard reciever Harry Douglas #webestacked

As nuts as it would be to have Julio and Watkins...you have to keep Ryan up right enough to even get them the ball.

And thus your OWNER would not have reason to CRY and moan about Valero tackling your poor QB TOO Hard.
