Thing about presidents and jobs and economics is so full of bullshite. The biggest mover in those areas are the business cycle not the policies of one person, even a president. As for Reagan, I was a Reagan kid and still like him for his attitude and love of the USA. Some of his policies and scandals though are very bad. I would put him in the middle ground of US presidents.

My only point is that EVERY MAN who has EVER been elected to the Presidency makes good and bad decisions if one is open-minded and DOES NOT consider where their political ideas are. EVERY one.

Surprised that Obama is automatically the worst. Really surprised. Shocked even.

And you don't find it amazing that Iran released prisoners as soon the election took place and Reagan in office. That was nothing but an IRANIAN decision not to do it at the time. Reagan did NOTHING to do with it in that regard. Given credit for doing nothing.

That's an interesting point. The Dems will look for 'the next Obama.' But Hillary wouldn't fit that.
And what conservative will replace the Presidency of BOZO the clown, GWII. Let's see? Goofy, Pluto ?

Wrong. The normal business cycle would have had the US in a normal recovery 4 years ago. The reason we are having the flattest recovery in the history of American recoveries is because the President is a Communist and business is sitting on capital refusing to take risks.
There will be no recovery until he is gone. I posted this 5 years ago on this board. I'm still right.

That is some truly funny shite you posted as it is happening by tons of buckets and roundly ignored by so man people you are in that crowd and don't admit it at all. How many scandals and deaths have come in the last five years with three more to endure? How many laws have been re-written/ignored byway off Presidential fiat?
Take a good look at the organization known as the DOJ for shits and giggles.

Democrats are the ones who look for the "D" v. the "R". Democrats are the monolithic lemmings willing to go over the cliff. This is funny. In one sentence you accuse me of projecting, and in the very next sentence you do the very thing you just accused me of. Pot meet kettle.
Wrong. Dems have sued to make sure the D is there because their constituency can't read can't read too good.

The reason we are having the flattest recovery in the history of American recoveries is because the President is a Communist and business is sitting on capital refusing to take risks.
If the Obama administration was truly interested in home ownership, or recovery of the housing market they would let the prices fall increasing affordability and clearing inventory.
Of course doing that and bailing out the banks isn't possible...

Everyone on the planet knew what would happen after the election. Reagan would finish the mission that Carter let fail in the desert...
Reagan did NOTHING to do with it in that regard.
Go here. The source docs are here. You'll have to search, but the Russian memos... are telling. LINK /

So now right wing apologists are using Russian documents as evidence to rove their points. Bullcrap.

He loved his country, hated communism, and was a leader. I was born in '79 and enjoy now going back and watching YouTube videos on his debates, SOTUs, etc.
He just oozed charisma, and was a great leader for our country. He was a patriot.

Reagan was legit until that "warning" he got.

He took a bullet and laughed about it. People loved him for that.

We sold outdated weapons to a faction in Iran that was trying to undercut the Ayatollah. The money we got for that was used to fund opposition to communist domination of Nicaragra.
here's the problem, it was illegal. and everyone knew it, thats why they tried to cover it up.

The best thing about Reagan was that he was a MASTER at propaganda.
But then, he was a professional actor (hell, he was president of the Screen Actors Guild), so he was trained in memorizing scripts and eliciting emotions from an audience. He also was well aware of the power of imagery.
