Usually they are labeled as MTV Challenge. Some times it might be Real World/Road Rules Challenge

By the time I watch the ones on amazon and a couple on MTV.com I will probably be tired of it by then so doesnt matter.

The MTV site is so weird. If you google MTV Fresh Meat, you can get the first Fresh Meat. However, you couldn't find it through the site's navigation (at leas not a few months ago, I don't feel like doing it again).
You can basically get all the shows from Fresh Meat I and Duel I that way. Inferno II is on Youtube LINK as are some of the other older ones. I guess MTV doesn't care to go after copyright violations on shows from a decade ago.
