Gave up Tabasco Sauce in 1980. And I'm from New Iberia. Too much vinegar.

Original for me. The big problem with Louisiana hot sauce is that it isn't very hot. I guess if I was having a children's birthday party in Dubuque, Iowa I could use LHS on the cupcakes to make the icing pink.
