She was an icon, for sure.

Remember there were at least two, I think three, versions of the I Want Candy video?

In the US, they cut out that brief wet t-shirt scene with the quickness, didn´t they (I think it lasted two weeks, tops)?

There also was another full of major differences (almost another video, in many respects).

There were THREE videos for that song!

The Damned- In Dulce Decorum

there was a Miami Vice episode that ended with this song. It was the one where Castillo and the SWAT team come into to save Rico and complete a sting on a dirty prison guard and the warden I think?

I'm not sure there will be another TV show with a cooler soundtrack through each episode. Even with the cheesy tunes, they were perfectly placed. Breaking bad has some good episodes but overall, Miami Vice was the best. But then again, every Michael Mann project has a great soundtrack.
