Everette was Terrible. He put up good numbers after we would be down by 20 at the half. 2nd half be padded stats, but the moment the game would get with in a score or two and any sort of blitz started, it was back to throwing off his back foot. Softest QB in saints history.

Came into the thread thinking "Aaron Brooks" because of all the moments.

Then seeing the list of our sad history, he's not even worth mentioning.

nobody gets as much unmerited hatred. the dude really is our 3rd or 4th best qb.

thats how u spot a bandwagon fan, if theyre like "aaron brooks was terrible those were the dark days"

the nineties, aside from everett it was uninterrupted garbage

Better question is: What franchise has a worst list of starting QBs before 2000?

Not sure it's the worst, but I think Chicago has had the most QBs since 1990 or something. This is the list of starting QBs since their Superbowl. I didn't know Doug Flutie played in a game for them!

Year QB(Starts)

2013 Jay Cutler (11) / Josh McCown (5)
2012 Jay Cutler (15) / Jason Campbell (1)
2011 Jay Cutler (10) / Caleb Hanie (4) / Josh McCown (2)
2010 Jay Cutler (15) / Todd Collins (1)
2009 Jay Cutler (16)
2008 Kyle Orton (15) / Rex Grossman (1)
2007 Rex Grossman (7) / Brian Griese (6) / Kyle Orton (3)
2006 Rex Grossman (16)
2005 Kyle Orton (15) / Rex Grossman (1)
2004 Craig Krenzel (5) / Chad Hutchinson (5)/ Jonathan Quinn (3) / Rex Grossman (3)
2003 Kordell Stewart (7) / Chris Chandler (6)/ Rex Grossman (3)
2002 Jim Miller (8) / Chris Chandler (7) / Henry Burris (1)
2001 Jim Miller (13) / Shane Matthews (3)
2000 Cade McNown (9) / Shane Matthews (5) / Jim Miller (2)
1999 Shane Matthews (7) / Cade McNown (6) / Jim Miller (3)
1998 Erik Kramer (8) / Steve Stenstrom (7) / Moses Moreno (1)
1997 Erik Kramer (13) / Rick Mirer (3)
1996 Dave Krieg (12) / Erik Kramer (4)
1995 Erik Kramer (16)
1994 Steve Walsh (11) / Erik Kramer (5)
1993 Jim Harbaugh (15) / Peter Tom Willis (1)
1992 Jim Harbaugh (13) / Peter Tom Willis (2) / Will Furrer (1)
1991 Jim Harbaugh (16)
1990 Jim Harbaugh (14) / Mike Tomczak (2)
1989 Mike Tomczak (11) / Jim Harbaugh (5)
1988 Jim McMahon (9) / Mike Tomczak (5) / Jim Harbaugh (2)
1987 Jim McMahon (6) / Mike Tomczak (6) / Mike Hohensee (2) / Steve Bradley (1)
1986 Mike Tomczak (7) / Jim McMahon (6) / Steve Fuller (2) / Doug Flutie (1)

Detroit has had some bad QBs too. Surprisingly, Tampa Bay has had some really good QBs until recently.

the seahawks was pretty bad from 92-01

stan gelbaugh
rick mirer
washed up warren moon
jon kitna

the dolphins had a pretty horrendous stretch from 2000-2011

Jay Feidler
AJ Feely
Gus Frerotte
Joey Harrington
Cleo Lemon
Chad Pennington
Chad Henne
Matt Moore

that's pretty terrible

but the saints probably had the worst. I can't honestly think of anyone worse.

I'd take that list pre 2000 over our's.

seahawks

Kitna wasn't terrible and Moon's first year with SEA was actually pretty damn good for 41.

dolphins

Most of that is post 2000 but regardless, I would take that list over ours in a heartbeat.

^thats mcpherson lining up behind the guard in an 05? preseason game. Brooks was a beast in the 4th quarter nowhere near our worst quarterback

"Every single QB not named Manning Hebert Brooks or Brees."

negatory on that - Jeff Blake could ball

Crazy on that video how the next offensive play Drews out lead blocking showing us how much of a big dog he is and making us wish we had him.
