I know Noel Ellis personally and I strongly believe that he will do what is best for the athlete not his personal feelings. He doesn't care for LSU not because he is a Bama fan, but because he went to their in state rival Tulane.

Why would he be a bama fan? They didn't offer his son.

Cool?
And it doesnt matter who he is a fan of or anything like that. You even said it yourself, he doesnt care for LSU. Thats the issue. A head coach with Bama ties, and another coach who has a son at TAMU and has been very anti LSU and not shy about it either.
And Im not saying all high school coaches in the state are LSU fans, even though most are. But they also arent anti LSU, like Ellis seems to be.

I firmly believe that Ellis is going to do what's best for the student athlete and be neutral. But still the end of the day, he only has linebackers and I'm sure the other coaches, if LSU fans, will have more influence with the athletes

I think you're full of shite, but thanks for your opinion...

Well, all I'll say is bull fricking shite. I have some deep ties at St. Aug brah. Ellis is going to be a pain in LSU's arse.

DM that dude aint comin there. I know a cop who will personally put his rap sheet on the principals and AD desk to make sure it don't happen. In fact he has an active warrent out for him now from what I hear

I first saw and became aware of St Aug in 1975, the Legendary Otis Washington days. One thing I have learned through these many years is that the integrity at Aug will never be compromised. I'm choosing to believe 5 Alive.

No matter what you think about Ellis, do u honestly believe he is the only coach in New Orleans that doesn't like LSU? I am a high school head coach in Alabama, played at Edna Karr with Ellis, and a die hard LSU fan. With all that, coaches don't influence players when it comes to college decisions as much as you think. If that was the case, Jeremy Johnson and Shaun Hamilton would be at LSU

Tried to tell people this.

What?
They hired Crutchfield who had been kicked of 3 different school systems previously for sleeping with a student, giving students the answers to standardized test, and for the sexual harassment.

Who would have more influence a big time alum or a coach with an agenda?
Posted on 4/13/14 at 9:56 pm to novabill
None of them. Y'all started this bullshite with LF and crutch and now with Ellis comon man. This aint no one time wonder arse country school where kids can be influenced by a coach. These kids have parents and support groups that will help them make the best descion for the kid. No coach influences kids at st Aug period. We don't allow it.

5alive, what about Burns' daughter who teaches there telling the top student recruit "roll tide" every time she saw him at school?
Did you/St. Aug not "allow" that?
