If Mosley did fall, I could see us taking him if he's the highest valued guy on our board.

If he happened to fall to #27 he prolly would be a can't-pass-on player. Out of consensus Top 15-20 players he might be among the most likely to slip. At this point I would put it at a 20% chance at the highest.

I think he could fall to the Saints.

LB's haven't been flying off the board in the 1st round the last few years.

but even if he did, the Saints haven't picked a LB in the 1st round in so long now.

Uhh.... no.

Taking 1 of the best ILB prospects in recent years.... Would not be opposed to that at all. And hes got some of the best instincts and leadership ability as well.

I doubt he falls.
I'd prefer a DB or WR in the 1st but, he'd be a solid pick.

Nope. The kid has been a beast since we played against him in HS. I'd imagine he does very well in the pros unless he takes the mclain route

Understatement.

LINK

Best corners drafted were Porter in 2008(2nd round) and Molden in 1996(1st round).

Molden played 5 years with us only starting for 2. Porter played 4 years with us starting every game but 4(due to injuries) but missing 21 out of 64 games(33%). Last year was his first 16 game season.

That's the best.

So to say we don't have good luck there is putting it extremely mildly. All it takes is one though.

I don't think he gets past Tennessee. The Titans just switched to the 34 defense and they're hurting for LB help.

He doesn't fit the Kruger mold.

I'm all bout defense and he is a very, very good Ilbr he can cover and play the run I'll take him. Personally I don't want anything bama on offense but defense in the back 7 I'll take if it's 1st rd talent the corners have been terrible lately but they got some young talent coming. But anyways no I wouldn't oppose to it bring him in.

Mosley would be about as good a pick we could make, worthwhile to trade up for IMO
