You can do the bounties on normal and still get legendaries from the caches. Doing them on normal also allows you to blow through them as well.

I dont know why I gave blizzard another $40 for this game. Farming rifts is already old.

so what's the benefit from doing bounties and rifts on the harder difficulties if you are max level? just to increase your paragon level further?

Set pieces only drop on t1 and up. More xp as well.

I much prefer playing higher level rifts with a competent group with a high mob density. 3 and 4 elite packs at T3+ is a lot of fun.
Then after everything is dead and there is no worthwhile loot I'm all :sadnana:

More gold, supposedly rifts have a better chance of dropping legs the higher the torment as well.

Doubt it, there isn't even a release date for it.

Damn dude, I think I had all the JC plans like a few hours after hitting 70. Are you sure you don't have it trained yet? That's the only reason I can think for it not dropping.
