If IC is Indian Creek, you guys need to clue me in on how to catch fish there. I live 20 minutes away from IC and hate the place. Talk about the Dead SEA!

The Eunice Bass Tournament that I have fished every year since 84 is always the second weekend after Easter. It used to be the first weekend after Easter but because so many schools are out the week after Easter it was hard to get a camp site so Brother Atchitson backed it up a week. The tournament is open to everyone. A few years ago another group from Eunice started a tournament earlier in the spring which is open only to Eunice residents or at least one person in the boat has to be from Eunice. Anyone interested in fishing the Eunice Bass Tournament should contact Brother Atchitson at 337-457-9690 or go by and see him at his business, The Old Liquor Store in Eunice.

No way! Cecil special is a knock off of the Darrell's special, and once you have had the Darrell's special there is no comparison. Tiger burger for the win

Went yesterday, fished mid lake, water temps were high 40's on main lake in the am, mid to high 50's in the creeks after noon. We threw the boat at them, traps on grass flats, C rigs on main lake points, jerk baits, tx rigs, bama rigs, not one bite in 3 boats until 2pm. Rolled into a shallow cut with lots of grass, temp was 58.xx, started catching on baby bass flukes, and watermelon red/ pearl belly, weightless on a twist lock, worked very fast, like walking the dog. Ended up with 10 in one boat, 6 in mine, and 5 in the other. Decent day once the wind laid up and the sun came out. We knocked off around 4, no one we saw was fishing up shallow, everyone was fishing flats/ main lake points deep, and no one we talked to had caught anything.
