Subdivision people are a strange lot with strange problems and stranger solutions.

I'd go knock on the neighbors door when I was ready to leave for work, even if it were at 5 am. They won't like having to get up to tell her to move.

This. Unless she's hot. Then tell her she can park in your driveway if you can park in hers.

How many chances should she get? Obviously she doesn't give a damn. I think she's gotten plenty of opportunities, especially considering she's an OT3 at best. The only thing she's got going for her is she's not fat.

When this happened to me, I called the towing company, and they said they can't come out and tow people for blocking a driveway unless BRPD or EBRSD called them. So I called BRPD, and they came said, "You can't get out of your driveway, right?" So, I was like, "Well, I can kinda squeeze..." and they said, "You can't get out of your driveway RIGHT?" Then they towed her.

I don't know about towed, but you can call the police and have her ticketed. I've had to threaten it plenty of times in my neighborhood because one side of the street is no parking.

This reeks of an urban legend.
No it isn't. If a car is illegally parked in anyway and someone hits them, that person is not responsible to repair the illegally parked car. Happened to a coworker of mine who backed into another car illegally parked on my street. That's one of the reasons I'm such an a-hole about it now.

Was it actually blocking something or just facing the wrong way?

Well that's not the same as just facing the wrong way. That is actually blocking the roadway. It's a little different than what I was talking about.

If she has been warned, why the hell would you knock on the door ? has it helped ? NO! call the cops and take some pics in case she leaves before they get there.Don't touch her car or go on her property, that shite never ends well.

Stop threatening to have her towed and just call the cops; they'll either have her towed or give her a ticket for parking illegally.

So you have never spoke with her, just written her a note?

I would knock on the door after work and speak to the owner of the house. And/or ask to speak to her. You say that your neighbor spoke with her, but I am assuming that you were not present for the conversation. He may have simply stated not to park in his driveway, but park all she wants in DTD's driveway.

Speak then if if continues...call law enforcement.

This is the correct answer, before you have her towed...

No, she gets there and goes into the stepsons room. I drink beer with the neighbor from time to time. I texted him this morning and he said he warned them, they are just ignorant. He says tow the shite!

I like the shrimp idea. The gift that keeps on giving.
