You'll give us Memphis and you'll like it. Probably even write us a thank you note for being so kind in taking it off of your hands.

Dude must be a damn defensive genius to produce the numbers they did at Memphis this past year. Great hire IMO.

Thing is, it's arky's fourth DC in four years... Considering that and the severe lack of talent in the back seven, this guy will need to be a miracle worker.

You heard what last year? Are you going to make up something because no one thought the coaches were going to make miracles happen year one.

Nope. That honor goes to ole miss I believe.

Besides, we ran five plays on offense. The most vanilla gameplan vs an sec team all year.

If he can get us all the way to mediocre, like you guys, I'm good.

When you evaluate the performance of a defense versus an offense, you consider yards allowed. It's the most important indicator from any single game. Lots of other things go into whether the game was won or lost, or how many points were scored (turnovers, starting field position, performance of the other team's offense, etc).

Correction. That's all the plays gus's high school offensive playbook contains.

80% of their run plays come from three plays. Gus doesn't have some big complex offensive scheme like Auburn fans want to believe.
