Yeah this truly is disappointing, had turned into my go to station the last few months. Sad that there isn't a market for alternative rock in SE Louisiana, I remember when the canned 104.5 The X in Baton Rouge.

Looks like it is back to IHeartRadio for me. ALT 98.7 out of Los Angeles is the best Alternative Rock Station in the country if you can tolerate the Los Angeles commercials. They play 75% new stuff and 25% 90s-2000s.

How are none of you complaining about style of music that was the nail in the coffin for that garbage station. frickin Royals, lumineers, all kind of garbage pop music. 92.3 and 97.1 shared many of the same songs.

And then when they decided to play rock songs from the 90s they'd play like 3 different songs. When they'd try to play rock songs from 2000s it was just a few songs also. Glad they're changing.

Another plus is that I may never have to hear Mumford and sons ever again.

So WNOE got rid of Big D and Bubba? I hate the people in their slot now. I like Big D and Bubba and 100.3 to change things up.

94.9 is decent, I hope that doesn't change.

This. The hipster crap that they kept playing was the downfall of the station. 93.7 in Lafayette actually plays rock and they are thriving from it. New Orleans wants rock not rock/pop crap.

I got off the Chopper Thursday Afternoon put the Radio on 92.3 and heard Wal-Mart Country. As if there aren't enough of those polluting the FM Dial.

This and 94.5 the Buzz in Houston, DC 101, and C-101 out of Corpus. frick Louisiana Radio...nothing but Rap, Country, and Jeebus.
