Players leaving early is LSU's single biggest problem. I don't get it.

A lot of these guys never had a pot to piss in while growing up. All of a sudden you through a few hundred thousand dollar signing bonus at 'em, and rational thinking takes a holiday.

But NFL money isn't a new thing, and other programs have kids with the same backgrounds. Why does everyone leave LSU so soon now?

If he leaves good luck to him, it doesn't make much sense but still good luck to him. Hopefully he comes back though. He could soar in stock next year cause our running game will be dirty!

Wow way to leave your team for a chance to go in the 7th round or most likely undrafted

You are retarded it you think he is leaving early to go undrafted. Everyone on our line will get drafted whenever they decide to leave. You can't teach 320 pounds and he has been a legit starter for 2 years. I la'el good enough to leave then so is turner. If you gone make it in the nfl you might as well leave early as possible to start the clock on your first big money contract.

Simply ridiculous. How can we expect to compete for a national title when even our "average" juniors leave early every year?

Since weve had such a strong future of OLineman drafted.

ETA: Thats supposed to say history, not future.

Bama loses plenty of players every season as well and they are in the hunt every year.

This "fad" of every junior declaring will end when the current players start seeing ex-players declare, then go undrafted, and then go unemployed.

We have had all-SEC and all-Americans go undrafted, yet the less decorated guys still jump ship.

I predict it will dry up sooner than later.

Cause AJ McCarron and CJ Mosely didnt stay until their senior years. And they never have players drafted after round 3 that declared early

Ego and AJ may not even make teams, the only 1st round draft talent is OBJ, JL and Jeremy Hill.
