not really. most kids turn 15 during their freshman year of high school and 18 during their senior year. he could have a fall birthday, normal, and her a spring birthday, again normal, and be 14 and 18 at the time the screwed around.

With this new law, they could have arrested most of our grandparents, parents and us while we went to school. It was very common for girls and boys to be active at this age. They still are today and will be as long as humans exist. The world has changed to fast. Sorry for what is happening to this kid. It doesn't say rather it was consentual or not, but I bet it was.

Perhaps "very" young/old was a poor adverb. Regardless, if you don't agree with the law, you still should know it. I don't have much sympathy for people who break laws that are common knowledge.

really? no sympathy for teenagers who's harmonies tell them to screw anything, lol. Do you really think high school teenagers give a damn about laws when a hottie kisses them and lets em hit 2nd base? remember, sex doesn't have to happen necessarily for molestation and rape charges. Her giving oral would fit that statute. I fricking hate politicians who have done this their entire teenage years then make laws to severely punish young men only! what if the girl was a senior and the boy was a freshman or sophomore? still rape?
your view is just blind and hypocritical.
