Trey needs 6 catches to pass the all-time National receptions record as well.

I remember seeing that catch before. Holy shite he gets up and it's one handed. Unbelievable play. I can see the similarities.

Should easily get to that mark..

So that would make him the all-time leader in Receptions, Receiving Yards, and Receiving TDs?

I believe he is somewhere around the teens away from either the receiving tds or tds (he has a number of rushing and special team tds as well).

Barbe has potentially 3 more games if they win out. Likely he doesn't get that one though.

With all the controversy surrounding a few recruits here it's nice to see someone like this dedicated to the program.

He deserves whatever honors he receives...

Ah, I don't know why I thought that he was closer to the top. Regardless.. still no slouch.

He is well spoken, very smart, humble and comes from a great family. Stars mean nothing. Of course he should be a 5 star. Anyone who's seen him play and has his records knows this. Just happy to see him do his thing in Baton Rouge next year. Congrats Trey on a great HS career.

If I'm not mistaken, he is playing in the Army All American high school bowl (or whatever it is called) over another invitation due to the fact that his cousin Patrick Williamson from the Lafayette/Broussard area was in the Army and was KIA in either Iraq or Afghanistan.

Trey's aunt and I are friends and she was so humbled and honored when Trey told her why he decided to do what he did.

Sounds like a great player and a great kid.

He would project in the slot like Landry, right?

Really, dude...I thought that was only for black players. I guess it means your cap is facing in the proper direction and you say "yes, sir' and no,sir" alot...
