Front office member handled the matter at the golf course. Incognito refused to cooperate, which is why the police were brought in.
Now tell me, how does this guy become a member of the leadership council? How does the front office allow such following this event?

i'm sure his lawyer got a call/letter in a day and it was handled within a few days since charges were never filed
i doubt the dolphins would pay a settlement for incognito, but stranger things have happened

that's a criminal statute that enhances a crime to a "hate crime" as best i can tell. it has nothing to do with civil litigation (unless florida has some statute that creates civil torts based off of crimes, which i'm ignorant of)

hell you're throwing out "cover up" for this story, when it was stupid, unforgiveable behavior by incognito that led to a settlement with the lady (almost assuredly by incognito). a settlement isn't a "cover up"
