All that talent just wasted season after season with gut wrenching losses. Man that sucks.

The last time the Cowboys had a good coach was when they had Parcells. But back then, they didn't have the talent. Now they have the talent, but not the coach.

The team is loaded with talent. None of them are winners though. That starts with coaching and without a doubt they do not have that.

Why do people keep saying this?? As a Cowboys fan who actually pays attention to the team I can tell you that in the most important areas of the team they are horribly lacking talent. Their offensive line has sucked since the super bowl years. The defensive line today is patched together with players that Jerry begged to come out of retirement. They have world class receiver (who is a headcase), a great QB (yeah, I said it), one of the best tight ends ever, and a hall of fame defensive end (who is hurt). Other than those guys the team is made up of average and horrible players.
This has always been the problem with the Jerry Jones assembled Cowboys. He thinks you can ignore the trenches and still win.
It's gonna be worse next year. Jerry has overpaid so many average players that they are in the deepest salary cap hole in the league.
