Still, we rely on people like 23 and ell to attend any and all scrimmages along with compiling every single stat and they can't even do that...
I just go to watch baseball and be alone for a few hours. My posting of whatever incomplete stats I compile is purely out of the kindness of my heart. Next time I'll just start a thread saying
"Hey guys, went to the scrimmage today. It was fun and Ibarra's walk up song sucks. Have a good day."
And then wait for the cruel and soul crushing gifs.

You're right. I didn't fully think it through.
But regardless, I always say I hate intersquad because defense is the only thing somewhat neutral. Still nice to see some guys perform well.

Thursday is my evening to babysit my 6 year old nephew. I think we'll pick up some Der Wienerschnitzel and make the scrimmage.

I'm thinking I'll go Thursday or Friday. Maybe both depending on how good I give it to the wife this week.
I may go Thursday and/or Friday too. I will look for somebody posting from his phone.

Hit me up. Maybe I'll bring my boys too. They're 5 and 7.

I wouldn't call it disparaging
"Sewald gave up 14 hits and 11 runs in three innings, walking 6 and striking out zero."
You're right. That's not disparaging....

Thanks for the reports. Keep them coming. By the way, I heard Kramer Robertson hit his homerun off of Nola. Kramer was pretty excited.

Those stats must be from Sunday, not Friday.
Robertson was on purple on Friday.

I want to hear that Nola put him on his arse the next time he was up.

With all the football attendance talk, I thought this was relevant:
Baseball at the Box > Baseball on TV

@J_hein1: Baseball is the greatest. You can't take a knee and run the clock out. Every pitch, every at bat til the very end means something. #27outs
