We will have teams like Ohio state and Louisville and Florida state who don't play anyone all year and get in over a 1 loss LSU team
that's never ever happened and LSU has always benefited from getting in over someone else

That seems fair. I guess they figured he was the one AD that would never have a conflict of interest.

Surprised they are letting a sitting AD on the committee. This tells me they are not concerned with bias or conflicts of interest which raises questions about all of the picks.

Keep BCS to pick 8 teams. Keep all bowl games including BCS bowl games and just make them rotating playoff games.

4v4 Jan 1
2v2 Jan 8
1v1 Jan 15

Why is this so hard to figure out? There will never be a question of whether a 9th team deserves a shot. If you can't make the top 8, GFY.

Why would have there been an issue with just 4 teams in '08? More so than any other year?

Some of you guys have no idea what it means to not be a fanatic. Most former players, coaches, and AD's have pretty clear objectivity. Especially when they are put under the microscope about everything they decide.

99% of people aren't Lou Holtz.
