Nah, new construction has been eating up commuter parking in that area. Another project or two and they'll have to build one for everyday use. If the mixed use project drags out for too long don't be surprised to see a parking garage go up in front of the track stadium/natatorium.

this is the same department that enlarged the scoreboard to put more ads. We are the probably the tackiest university in the NCAA right now. Minor league arena football teams are classier than the LSU program now. LSU is about bottom line, period

could you imagine getting out of a parking garage after an LSU game? i would stay away that like the plague

Yea, I'm with you. Unless I was on the ground floor by the exit, I'd have no interest in being in a parking garage after an LSU game.

Was a golf course decision. The do it because they don't have enough parking durning tournaments and they were losing money on the chip and putt because no one paid to use it.

It's going to be nice. They're moving the LSU Foundation, rebuilding graduate housing, making a champions plaza, a possible trolly from downtown thru campus, parking garage, stores, and etc
