Nah. Hearing everyone talk about the arrow mythos on here it has to be Sarah. Slade is going to make the choice he believes Oliver should of made.

Several episodes ago I predicted that Slade will make Oliver choose between Sara and Laurel. Despite tonight's episode I still think that will happen.

Ok, I just finished watching and all I can say is damn! This show doesn't seem to let up. I was expecting what we got the first 50 minutes or so with the focus on Roy and Thea, and then they threw that ending in there.
And looking back at the episode, they didn't just randomly throw that in there. They had the flash back of Moira taking care of her son's problem. They had her tell Oliver she knew he was the Arrow. Oliver and her finally bonded. And that all led up to her sacrificing herself for her daughter. That was really well done, especially since it was all done in one episode.
In regards to what she was going to tell about Malcolm, I think she was going to tell them that he visited her and was looking to try and get into Thea's life. And I have a feeling that Slade's other person will be between Laurel and Sarah. If Sarah is truly gone, then it'll be Laurel.
Looks like Slade's army is about to be unleashed in the next couple of episodes. I don't have any reason to believe the season won't go out with a bang. They haven't disappointed yet.
ETA: Sarah told Sin that she was going to find someone. At first I thought she was talking about the League, but now I don't know. I think she may be going to find someone to bring back to help Oliver. She knows Slade is still after Oliver. So she is going to find help from the League or Malcolm or someone else. But I bet she'll be back before the season is over.

Yea I'm sure it is but it would be pretty devastating if he kills the kid you thought you lost that you secretly wanted

Here's the EW post mortem with one of the show runners: LINK
It gives some insight in the direction they'll be going next season. And apparently his child will play a role next season.

If the kid is named Connor Hawke...

I would think that it would almost have to be Connor.

Anyone else think Merlyn returns to protect his daughter?

Great read. These guys really know how to tease upcoming episodes without giving away anything big huh?
It seems there's a different interview every other week with these guys and you still don't have a clue that shite like last night is coming.
Great episode and Kreisbergs reasoning for ending Moiras character makes complete sense.
I also like this comment here as to how different season 3 will be as 2 was to 1:
quote:
“It’s like any long-running show you turn on in re-runs. You can watch the episode for about 4 seconds and know, ‘Oh, that’s season 3. Or that’s season 4. And it’s not just the haircuts. The show has a different feel.” This desire for “different,” he added, will result in some sets being completely retired “for reasons that will become apparent as you see these last episodes.” “We’ve already seen designs for some of the new sets for season 3, which are amazing,” he says.
Really great and unpredictable show that doesn't drag.
ETA:
On an unrelated note. Any of you that aren't watching Agents of Shield or quit early on, should binge watch it during the summer or something. While not at Arrows level yet, AoS got significantly better from the episode or two before Winter Soldier came out and has cranked it up a notch every week since.

Absolutely. I would've said we'll probably not see him until next season but comments in Bamatabs link indicate that it may be sooner than that which wouldn't surprise me with the pace that this show keeps.

I wonder which sets will be "retired"? I think Queen mansion is an easy guess. But now I'm wondering about whether or not the Verdant will survive the season, or if Thea just disowns him and throws him and his setup out of her club.

after Moira dying Thea and Oliver will become close again i think.

Retired to be transferred again to another show, probably.

Still holding out hope she will be killed in the finale.

It'll be interesting to see what direction they go with their relationship. I could see it going that way, but I could also see it going in a direction where she blames Oliver for Moira's death. Then throw in Malcolm coming back, and maybe he convinces her that Oliver is to blame and she ends up going with Malcolm. Maybe Malcolm saves Thea from Slade, and that plays into it. I think they could go in several directions at this point.
That is what I love about this show. I can visualize where I think the show is going, and while they usually end up going in a different direction, their direction is usually as good or better than what I've visualized. And they usually don't wait very long to get to it.
