Don't know. Don't care. And arguing about stats from 2008. Really hasn't brought much to the argument to dispute what I've posted

Yeah if he only gets his team into the playoffs one time out how many years? And fricks up more often than not? You are right I will dismiss it

If you win your division games and your conference games you would be 12-4.

Never seen a 12-4 team miss the playoffs

They've made the playoffs 3 out of 7 seasons with Romo. He had a season ending injury one year and broke his finger and missed 3 games that cost the cowboys a playoff appearance in another season

They've made the playoffs 3 of the 6 years he's started the majority of the games.

k well if you don't (and odds are greatly stacked that you won't) you're going to wish you had some of those close games back.

Do you Cowboys fans really have faith in Romo, that he's the guy to lead the Cowboys to a SB?

So what thread will you start next week when the redskins beat the cowboys on Snf at Jerry's world and tony romo throws another late game pick? It's always the same with him. He's a good qb who can't get it done when it matters most against a division rival.

in the current market? yes. there wasn't a QB in last years draft, or the one coming up that could take this cowboys team to the Super Bowl. Romo is the best option currently. And yes, if we score more than 30 points a game we'll have a shot in every game. Wouldn't be surprised if we beat the Skins by 14+.

also wouldn't be surprised if we lose by 14+ the game against Denver could potentially take a lot out of the team

Absolutely!

The problem is he'll either be too old or dead before he's surrounded with the kind of team/coaches that win Superbowls.

I always find it hilarious that guys like Elway struggled for years, guys like Dilfer and Brad Johnson won one,..... But y'all still believe Romo is absolutely incapable. IMO, I'm not sure anyone's ever done more with less. Drew Brees was in a very similar situation last year as Romo has been in for years. No defense, inept coaching, not much protection or running game etc. So since Brees went 7-9 and damn near led the league in picks, it's because his team was weak. When Dallas does similar shite, it's all Romos fault.

that's the spin from a Louisiana dominated board. Despite the fact that we've been a .500 team for the last umpteen years, the anything Texas hate prevails

Dallas hasn't always had a shitty defense. Top 10 for 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2009. Mediocre in some years. Bad in some years.

I agree somewhat but the media shoves the cowboys down our throats every year as this is the year they will get back to the Super Bowl or make a deep playoff run and it never happens. People get tired of that and that what cause a lot of hate I think. Romo is the qb so he's going to get most of the blame that's just today's nfl.

It's like the Tebow thing. Every season, Cowboys get all the hype. There's bound to be some bashlash when you don't live up to it.

You guys were solid from 2003-2009, mediocre ever since.
