I know too many people on this board to put it out in the open.

About to get a major raise with a promotion...I'll ballpark it after that.

My pay is odd...I have base and bonus of course, but I also have a ton of fringe benefits. If I travel, I probably net $150/week in per diem while having no food costs for the week. I can make 6-10k extra a year off per diem depending how much I am on the road...then you toss in all of the points I have at every travel organization. I can fly for free pretty much any time I need and I haven't paid for a hotel in quite awhile. Not sure how to value the fringe benefits but they have significant value to me and my ability to see friends, family and the LSU Tigers all over the country.

The food costs alone puts me close to $800-900 in the positive each month from an opportunity cost perspective. I would otherwise spend $400 or so on food...instead I make $500+ a month. It adds up.

Ummm...no. I said she makes the second income. I'm the breadwinner. But I'd love to quit and let her be.

I'm pulling down a base of about $450k, which rounds out to a cool $500k with bonuses.

That's a joke. Just messing with the people on here I do know.

Why is this, Zach? You don't have to buy cheese. Lucy doesn't allow cheese in your house. Money saver right there.

I chose the wrong career path. One day soon my man.

And the doc making making the 450k...has to be a surgeon? Not a lot of specialty fields making north of that number. Maybe radiology gets close...anesthesiology is less though if I recall correctly.
