For someone that wants out of New Orleans so bad, wouldn't it make sense at some point to show other NBA teams what there getting. I get he never wanted to be a Hornet/Pelican but this is getting ridiculous. Show up and ball out and then the Hornets can at least get something in return for this malcontent.

This is no longer the case. He's been downright giddy ever since Holiday and Evans were acquired. If he doesn't pull it together this season it will be because he's just too soft. He appears very much bought in.

The guy just got cleared last week. Did anyone really expect him to jump right back in and play in a game? Monty has always been big on being in game shape.

The guy just got (fully?) cleared after having surgery 1.5 years ago.

That last part frustrates people even if they are getting the whole story.

If the guy doesn't want to be here now, after this off-season, well frick that dude

At this point it's just apparent he is a total injury liability and will never be a consistent 70-82 game a season type player
