Live near Pecue and I pass by La Reyna all the time.... haven't had the balls to go in yet.

Go for it. It's pretty good food. Very small seating area inside and nothing fancy but just enjoy the food.

Pretty sure JD is big on Anthony's...

*Side note by no means is it a "hidden gem" but the blackened salmon spinach salad w/tabasco pepper jelly vinaigrette at the chimes is the bee's knees.

Ronnie's Boudin on Fla is pretty damn good. I'd go to Vietnam area as well.

Ive done La Reyna. Once. Wife wont go back, I would. Food was good, she was grossed out.

I knight La Tiendita at every opportunity. My wife and I eat there every week. Every week. Breakfast Lunch & Dinner

Anthonys is great, as is Pokies.

Wife likes Zealand, I havent been.

And this is why I always pass by and wonder if I should try it. I'm scared!

Absolutely. Went there with him for a magazine article years ago.

El Rio Grande closed right? It would have been a good choice otherwise.

Rama is another good one.

HAHAHAHAHA.

Apparently, La Reyna is THE hidden gem in BR. This is the one I've heard the most.

Right there with you! We actually already shot Anthony's Deli and we'll have it out on 10/24/13.

That place is solid.
