There is a new club room for the 1% near Capitol One Lounge. You can see players going in and out of locker room.

Yeah, I got an offer to join. The annual cost was more than my 2 season tickets! No thanks.

How will those in sections 105-108 be affected by the new lower level mini-suites? Will those in those sections still be able to use the stairs to get down to their sections?

Will not be affected. Stairs have been built into Loge Clubs that enter and exit into club level and will have ushers at entrances. They aren't as grand as first imagined, but that's what happened when you're working on a state budget.
