Damn Shell, can you build something in Covington or Slidell for a change or at least place some offices there or something. Other parishes need some work too

Keep that shite away from the Northshore. Too damn crowded as it is.

It's going to be somewhere around the Sunshine Bridge apparently on the Ascension side.

Both sides of the bridge are in Ascension parish, but the Sunshine Bridge itself is in St. James Parish

It'll be next door to Hymel's and Nucor's new steel mill.

It's probably gonna be on that 1000 acre "super site" the Ascension Economic Development Committee has been advertising.

D'ville side, just north of sunshine bridge.

I bet the whole thing is a ploy by Saban to get more studs to Dutchtown so they can be pipelined to Bama.

Looked up that technology? Dangerous as hell....... Not sure people should be celebrating having that near them. No thanks.

OK, so I dig the starting salary. Obviously.

Yes, TD operations community rejoice....

but here lies an issue with me....

the company at a minimum would spend $12.5 billion and create 740 direct jobs, should the project be built.

Is it not 100%

What's the timeframe?

I'll be in the market for one of these direct jobs soon. But what timeframe compared to Sasol/LC are we looking at here?

The east side is St James parish, west is Ascension.

You're like the people that look at plants and see white stuff coming from stacks and believing that's smoke. You guys wouldn't believe most of the chemicals etc etc they have in these plants and what it is capable of doing. Dangerous is and will always be there.
