I went yesterday and hung a stand and checked my camera. The camera obviously didnt fare well with the rain for some reason. Not a single picture and my batteries died in a week. I took off the 3 & 4 to have a four day weekend to hunt.

Opens Saturday in Arkansas. The only bucks I have on camera are 1.5 year old spikes and 4 points and a 3.5 year old 7 point. I'm going to stick the first doe that walks out.

My favorite time of year.. Opened up here in MO on the 15th. I have a slichead in teh cooler awaiting transformation into sausage.. Getting cooler now.
