Wonder if they are still pumping crowd noise through the speakers there.

also helps b/c the stadium is designed to keep noise in

When the South End Zone Addition at LSU's Tiger Stadium is finished, all bets are off!

No way it will be louder, everyone knows the fans sit on their hands and don't yell......at least there are weekly posts about it on the rant!

Best fans in the NFC. No doubt.

I dunno, Saints fans are pretty damn loud. The Chiefs, when they are good, are up there as well. GB, SF as well. If you are referring to how loud the fans are. Best fans, I wouldn't put them in the top 5.

Are you ranking that entirely based on noise?

BS. If the croed knows they're being measured they're going to be extra loud at any chance they get. Even the folks who rarely yell at the game will, if they know they're being measurred.

It's not organic, it's staged.

I'm a little skeptical that during a 3rd quarter goal line stand of one of the biggest games of the year fans are going to be yelling any louder because of some goofy guiness record than they would be with any other game vs. the 9ers. I doubt they're sitting there on their thumbs when the entire stadium is up and screaming until they realized "oh wait, there's a record to be had, I better join in the yelling! who cares that this is one of the biggest games of the year, I'm not going to yell for that, but dammit I want part of that record!" It's not like we're talking about Jacksonville's fans here, there's a reason Seattle has had this rep for a while. The stadium does this every week. It's not exactly a new phenomenon. ESPN recognizes Husky stadium as the loudest college stadium:

I honestly think the record is a little goofy, but you guys are acting like Seattle is only about coffee and computers. We've supported our football teams passionately for a long time.

you don't play in the SEC brah...

Humans in other parts of the country don't have vocal chords. This is common knowledge on here.
