When they brought me the check I thought they had a gun and a mask. Most overpriced mediocre breakfast I've ever had the pleasure of getting a bank loan for.
+8 or 10 or 20, lost count of how many agreed with you. The crab is usually rank, that crab cake sauce of theirs ridiculously fragrant,etc.. Louie's hash browns > ABE,etc..
New corporate one nearly as good as the one in Destin. Not as good as the one owned by that Bert guy in old Chalet Brandt in it's first year, before fizzling out hard later..and when went rogue named place at the end..it was bad.
Would rather a Frenchie's Western Omelette at Louie's for a more affordable price. Better yet, it's damn breakfast fare, make your own with some Whole Foods grade ingredients, and still save a fortune per portion.
Just don't understand folks that spend top dollar eating eggs, burgers, hot dogs,etc.. Even the patrons stacked deep each morning in McFastfood drive lanes..why?? When you can easily make it better and much cheaper at home, in very little time. Drunken wee hours dining the exception.
Save your dining dinero for intricate sophisticated prep food, and/or extensive prep time fare.
