the show is more advertising than anything else....incredibly lucrative advertising that they get paid to get

And by Willie's own admission, the biggest customers are non-hunters who buy a duck call and sit it on their desks or just to get one that is from Duck Commander. It may be novelty, but it is pretty lucrative.

I don't hunt or watch reality television. So, I don't know that I don't like Jase but I most certainly don't give a shite about him, and I guess I could see why someone wouldn't.

The reson they dont rep LSU football is because of the copyright infringement. The episode where they broke Willie's sword and go to a pawn shop to find another one. Well that was my dad's pawn shop. I was there when they filmed it. That pawn shop is covered in all kinds of LSU and Saints decoratives and they made them take it all down. Also yes it is all 100% staged. My girlfriend actually trains Kori, Willie's wife, and they always talk about the show.

The robertsons are good people and are very likable . People need to stop hating because they are making money and have fame . Good for them , I hope they continue to have success

I guess the fact that it is staged doesn't bother me because I've been watching the hunting videos for years and know that their personalities are real.
